At least 12 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike on a home in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, and in areas of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza
Specifically, 4 Palestinians were killed and others wounded today (Friday) when an Israeli attack hit an inhabited house in Jabalia Al-Nazlah, northern Gaza, according to the Palestinian News Agency Wafa .
Wafa reported: “4 martyrs and several injured arrived at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, west of Gaza City, as a result of the occupation’s bombing of an inhabited house in Jabalia Al-Nazlah” .
Medical sources noted that 14 civilians were killed by Israeli strikes since dawn today across Gaza, including 8 in Khan Younis. In Khan Younis, 5 people were killed—3 women and a child—and over 20 wounded when Israeli strikes hit displaced persons’ tents in the Muwasi area سكاي نيوز عربية.
Additionally, an Israeli drone strike killed a woman and her son and wounded nine others at Hanawi School, northwest of Khan Younis. A child was also killed and several wounded when another strike hit a tent sheltering displaced people near Al-Tayba area, in Muwasi .
Wafa added that other civilians were killed or injured when Israeli jets struck a house belonging to the Sahloul family near Al-Shafai Mosque, in the western camp area of Khan Younis
Israeli military artillery also launched shelling concurrently with heavy gunfire on eastern, western, and northern parts of Gaza City .
Over the past 24 hours, 56 civilians have been killed in continuous Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip
Since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, more than 198,000 people have been killed or injured—mostly women and children—with over 10,000 missing, hundreds of thousands internally displaced, widespread hunger claiming the lives of many (including children), and massive destruction across the territory
